These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Dynamic Movement Physiotherapy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Dynamic Movement  Physiotherapy and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

 

Treatments: Cancellation

Appointments are always subject to availability. All treatments must be pre booked. In the unlikely event of us cancelling your appointment, due to staff sickness for example, an alternative appointment will be arranged.

The client shall not transfer treatments to any other person.

​

Treatment fees may be increased by Dynamic Movement Physiotherapy at any time. No less than 14 days notice prior to any such increases shall be given.

​

The rights of cancellation and refund and any limitation expressed in these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranties

Dynamic Movement Physiotherapy is regulated and approved by the Health Professions Council and accredited by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Dynamic Movement Physiotherapy warrants that its Products and Services will be supplied with reasonable skill and care.

 

Liability disclaimer

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the information on this website is both accurate and up to date, we do not accept any liability to any party for loss, or damage incurred by reliance placed on the information contained in this website or through omission or errors how so ever caused.

 

Law and jurisdiction

We collect information about you when you fill in a Registration and Consent Form, becoming a patient/client of Dynamic Movement Physiotherapy.

​We collect information about you, placed in our Registration form, to contact your GP/Consultant if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.  Dyanmic Movement Physiotherapy will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other company.

How long will we keep your information?
​The registration details you provide Dynamic Movement Physiotherapy will be kept on our Medical Health Management System from the date of registration and ongoing unless you request Dyanmic Movement Physiotherapy to remove your details.

Marketing
​We would like to send you information about products and services or offers that may be available. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

​

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email info@dynamicmovementphysio.com and you will be removed from our mailing list.

Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information please email info@dynamicmovementphysio.com.  We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
